Setting up a blog

In order to encourage as much debate about the Play's the Thing conference talks and workshops as we can, we've set up blogging facilities our website and we'd like to invite you to join in.

First off: click on the 'Sign Up' link on any of the Play's the Thing website pages.

Now enter your username (this will have to be unique) and an email address.

Once you've created the new password, you will be a member of the Play's the Thing website. You can click on your username (top right) to access your profile.

You won't immediately see the facility to create a blog, as this has to be approved by the site administrator (Unfortunately, this can't be done in advance. You have to become a member first and then assigned blogging rights).

Once we see that you've become a site member, we will create the blogging facility for you and let you know that we have done so.

Play's the Thing 2011 was an Escape Artists production supported by a grant from the European Commission's Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency. Escape Artists is a charity that promotes mental wellbeing through the arts. The company works across sectors and art forms with homeless people, mental health service users, young people at risk, prisoners and other disadvantaged groups: providing structured routes into further education, training and employment. Play's the Thing 2012 is being produced in partnership with Seeds for Growth (more information to follow).
